For two month now I took a break from writing on my blog. I've been struggling with so much noise in my mind, and I wish I was able to write and get feedback but some things are better kept isolated.
I've been questioning a lot of things lately and have been suffering a general burnout which made me enter a loop of feeling guilty I'm not doing enough, pushing hard, then getting more burned out, then feeling guilty again, and so on...
Also for the past month I've been fasting the month of Ramadan, which is pretty tough on me; I'm not so flexible about my eating and sleeping times and in Ramadan I'm forced to change that which disturbs my body and puts me in a very bad condition.
Tomorrow is the last day in Ramadan, I always feel good and refreshed 2-4 days after Ramadan when I get my old regime back. Hopefully, this will happen this year as well and bring me back online :)
